Boston Breakers Academy

Background

Boston Breakers Academy teams were formed in June 2013 when the Scorpions Soccer Club broke out just their girls teams.

Girls teams: The Scorpions girls team are Boston Breaker Academy teams. These teams range from U9 all the way up to U23 and play in the Elite Clubs National League (ECNL), National Premier Leagues (NPL), the New England Premiership (NEP), and the Mass. Premier League (NSL).

The thought process is to build girls up from U9 right into a women’s professional soccer league (NWSL); a very unique structure with only a couple of clubs doing so in the U.S.
