Camps/Clinics

Every camp program retains a “Long Term Player Development” focus that directly reflects the general club ethos of nurturing creative, talented and knowledgeable soccer players.

Website

  • Nothing really good about the site; new club, though, and hopefully get their act together; not very easy to navigate and moves too much back-and-forth to PTUSA; information does not flow very smoothly.

This Club has lost it’s way. We’ve been with the club since it began and it was heading in the right direction. The owners were always involved and cared about the success of all their teams. Since they’ve sold it to FCUSA the club has grown and they lost a lot of really good coaches (lost track of who’s visa was expiring). The club is now mismanaged and the President and Director of coaching are in over their heads! I understand they’re running a business but unfortunately that’s all it is to them. The coaching is subpar at best… if your child isn’t on a top team than expect to have a parent coach in the winter. Erica Turner is the only shining light and is a top notch coach!!! Their style of play has changed too! They used to preach/have a technical, tactical and ball control style of play and approach… now they’re just a run n gun or long ball soccer club. It’s too bad… they had something good but got greedy! They truly could have been a top notch club in Ma. There are so many options out there. Don’t buy into the Presidents smooth talking…. talk is cheap, club soccer is not!!!!

PS: I would sign my name but my child is finishing out the season and I’ve seen first hand how they treat other players leaving the club.

I could agree with you more. Ever since FCUSA took over it’s been all down hill. Great coaches left. And the coaching director’s philosophy has really driven a lot of kids out of the club. And god forbid you choose to move on to another club. They will get extremely defensive and tell you your making a terrible decision. Because, of course, no club could possIbly be as good or better than FCUSA. Ugh.

  2. My daughter was with the club for 4 years and really enjoyed it. She finally got cut from the top team and left but had such a good time. This is a good club, even though it is quite expensive.
