  1. This is our first year with Liverpool and any club for that matter, What I can tell you is that our experience has been nothing short of great. We looked at other clubs and selected this club initially for convenience. But after speaking and witnessing how many others operate and run, I am relieved that we went with Liverpool. I have seen other coaches for other club teams and it seems our coaches are always a notch above the competition. I will also note that this club seems more affordable than many others we compete with.

The staff and coaches has been professional. The facilities are clean, and the club is organized. Nothing but A+ from this parent. No wonder why this club is growing exponentially.

i just watched the final for u14 girls at fort devens massachusetts earlier today. overall it was a very tense game and a good game. some things did bother me… 1st the coaching… when a team scores and the coach yells for his team ” i want 5 to nothing” is a very poor approach in my opinion. This was done by the liverpool coach. I heard more than 1 comment from numerous parents that “i would never let my daughter play for a coach like that”

i also observed the same team players engaging the referees more than once on the fields complaining and challenging the referee more than i have ever seen in other games. any player should not be allowed to challenge the refereeing in any way. it was very poor sportsmanship in my opinion.

just an observasion…take it as you will

    1. It’s a shame that the only opinion on this website is based on someone who happened to see one game. I have children playing in the liverpool system and the sportsmanship is always top notch. Overall the coaches can get very competative and so can the kids, but it is supposed to be a competitave league. I have been to between 50 and 100 liverpool matches and the game described by Scott is not the norm.

      1. One of the larger and stronger clubs in MA, Liverpool serves much of central MA and northeastern CT. They offer a strong youth academy for the development of younger children and, as of this writing, have 32 teams entered in MAPLE – many of which play in its first division. In addition to MAPLE play, Liverpool has teams competing in Region 1’s Champions League and at many of the top tournaments and showcases in the northeast. Liverpool boasts both indoor facilities (Five Star Academy in Oxford, MA) and access to excellent outdoor facilities in both MA and CT. If you’re looking for a club, please stop by Five Star Academy.
